Mrs. Burger will be offering an elective language arts course at Denver Chinese School for the 2018-19 school year. In her class, students will have the opportunity to write, prepare costumes and backdrops, and perform their own dramatic play. They will learn to write a formal essay and work in teams to orally compete in a debate. Students will also have the chance to create an illustrated book of their own short stories. Mrs. Burger is honored to have the opportunity to work with the Chinese community at such an excellent school!
