Summer Camps at Highlands Ranch and Campuses

During 2017 summer, Highlands Ranch Campus and Lakewood Campus both hosted summer camps.

Highlands Ranch Campus offered two seven-week long summer classes. One was targeted for younger children to learn the Chinese language and Chinese culture through stories, songs, and games. The other one was specifically designed to help more advanced children to compete in the Huanghe Cup Chinese Reading Comprehension Contest. Ms. Ruirui Dong and Hui Wang leg the classes. The younger class was so much in love with the class that the children were sad to say goodbye to the class at the end of the series. The older class was very determined and industrious. Four students from the Highlands Ranch Campus got into the top ten among all competitors across the nation!

Lakewood Campus organized the camps in a more intimate setting. They gather at homes, had intensive math and Chinese learning sessions, and then a hearty party at the end! Mr. Chunhe Dai and Ms. Anyuan Bao were the leading teachers of the sessions. Their energy and eagerness were contagious and impactful.
