International Fair event at Lincoln Meadows Senior Living

8/19/2017, Highlands Ranch parents and students volunteered for the International Fair event at Lincoln Meadows Senior Living. Students served the Senior Living residents and friends authentic Chinese food made by Jun Xia’s family, presented Chinese cultural artifacts, and chatted warmly with the guests. StepIntoMelody dance group danced beautifully for the event. Xiuping Wang and Faming Li explained how to use Chinese abacus. The long and rich history of Chinese culture always awe-inspiring . Students learned more of the Chinese culture through their presentation, and honed their communication and leadership skills through serving.
