Danlu Wang

Experience

This is Danlu Wang’s sixth year staying in the United States, and her fourth year being a Mandarin teacher. Before teaching this AP class, she had been a second-grade classroom teacher at Global Village Academy. This experience made her feel that she is enthusiastic about teaching. While working with students from different language backgrounds, she was gradually structuring her own philosophy of teaching. She was a teacher who would like to show respect for all the students in the classroom and guide them to learn.

She was born in a traditional Chinese family which contributes to the development of her core value and the knowledge of traditional Chinese culture and history. She wants to learn more about the cutting-edged teaching skills and techniques, and apply them while teaching Chinese.
