Tuition and discount policies
• Every student who enrolls in summer 2022 and continues to enroll in any course at any DCS campus in the fall of 2022 or spring of 2023 will receive a $50 discount on the 2022/2023 tuition! If multiple students from the same family register for summer classes, each student will receive the above $50 discount separately for 2022/2023!
Example: Xiaoming’s tuition in summer 2022 is $250, and he will pay the full amount of $250 in summer. At the start of Fall 2022, Xiaoming chooses to take one course at the HR campus and two at Lakewood campus, with a total tuition cost of $550. With the $50 credit, Xiaoming only needs to pay $500 when he registers in the fall of 2022. If Xiaoming’s sister Xiaoli also registers for summer classes, she will also be eligible for a $50 tuition discount in 2022/2023.
• Siblings: $10 discount. If a family has multiple students attending classes in the summer, each additional student will receive a $10 Sibling Discount starting with the second student. For example: a $10 discount for a family of two students and a $20 discount for a family of three students.
• The first week of each class is a FREE-TRIAL class! Note some classes may start at a later week. Please check each course’s starting date carefully!
Class registration:
• All courses have to be registered via the Online Registration System.
• Through the Online Registration System, you can add, update, and drop courses. If you decide to change the classes to be take, you must make corresponding changes in the online registration system. Otherwise, the system may show that you owe money.
• If your family has already registered for an account, please do not register again but log in directly and enroll in classes as you prefer. If you forget your password, please fill in your username (your Email), and then click “Forgot Password.” You will then receive an automatic email with your password. If your family has never registered before, please click “register.” After registration, your family will be given a crucial and permanent User ID. Please remember this User ID for your family for all future references.
• After finalizing all the enrolled classes, after the trial-classes, check the “Tuition Due” shown in the Online Registration System. You must attach your User ID when making a payment. See below for payment information.
• Since the refund will bring us more workload, please try all the courses you are interested in (some courses start later), and then pay the tuition altogether if possible.
Tuition payment:
The deadline for the tuition payment is June 16th, 2022. There are three ways to make a payment. Please be sure to provide your User ID no matter what format you choose to pay. Otherwise, the payment you make may get lost and be considered a donation to DCS 😊.
• Pay online. Use Zelle to: chen.liang@denverchineseschool.org . Please add your user ID in the Memo section. Note that Zelle may have a upper limit for each transfer or per day.
• Pay by check. If you are to take an in-person class, you can hand in the check during a class. Address the check to “Denver Chinese School”, not to “DCS” nor to “Jian Ma” ! Please add your User ID in the Note/Memo section on the check.
• Pay in cash. If you are to take an in-person class, you can pay cash during a class. Please bring a small envelope with your User ID written on it.
Let’s start!
